As per your mentioned query, you forgot to write the question paper code and set number in your answer sheet, but there is nothing to worry about this minute mistake, as the invigilator always checks these kind of mistakes before submitting the answer sheets, So that you won't have to face any issue, minute errors such as when date is not mentioned or the question paper code not written on answer sheet are all corrected by the invigilator itself.

See, as you have mentioned that you forgot to write question paper code and the respective set no. In your answer sheet. So, definitiely there will be some issues regarding this.
