No need to worry you'll just have to upload the documents Which are being asked in the form  from the college but that documents need to be correct or original otherwise the form will get rejected if they notice that documents are wrong and still if you face any problem in uploading the document than try contacting the higher authorities through the mail or contact number they have provided for the reference.
