If your degree program has only 3 semesters instead of 4, if it allows you to you can enter "NA" or "Not Applicable" for your 4th semester marks. If it is a mandatory field and asks for value/number, you can enter "0", notify the counselling authority via email or at the time of document verification. Always keep a copy of your course structure (such as university prospectus or official letter) for your records to protect against challenges.
