Hi there,
For the CAT exam, you must bring your admit card and a valid government-issued photo ID. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar card (with photo), Voter ID, Passport, PAN card, and Driving Licence. A printed or digital e-Aadhaar may not be sufficient unless it shows your photo clearly and meets the exam centre’s requirements.
You cannot enter the exam hall with just a screenshot or PDF of your e-Aadhaar on your phone. If you have only an e-Aadhaar, it’s best to print it with your photograph visible. Alternatively, try to obtain another original ID, such as a PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence, before the exam.
To avoid any last-minute issues, make sure your ID is valid and clear. If needed, contact the CAT helpdesk in advance to confirm that your e-Aadhaar format will be accepted at your exam centre. Feel free to reach out if you have any other queries, wishing you all the best.
