Dear student

This sure that you will get aiims as cutoff for OBC is 3221. However your OBC will help you to get Delhi aiims so chances are fair.

Last year OBC candidate who got last OBC seat in Delhi had a rank of 5590. So, according to your rank, you have the maximum chances of getting a seat in AIIMS Delhi.
