If the payment status is showing as "Paid," then your payment has been successfully processed. However, not receiving the payment receipt might be a small issue if you need it for future reference.

Sometimes, the receipt is sent to your registered email. Look in your inbox and spam folder. If you do not find it on mail, you can log in to your student portal or the website where you made the payment. There might be an option to download the receipt.

If you still can't find the receipt, reach out to the exam authority or institution. They can provide you with a duplicate receipt.
