I have paid the 40000 fee and have been alloted college.....will i still be eligible for spot round if i do not report to the college?

Hello,
Speaking frankly the spot counselling is based on the appearance of you over there. If you will not be there then it become baseless. So you should appear there for the on spot counseling. All the best.

See, if it is via counseling you'll get a refund to that money n it will be adjusted to the new college which you get in. But if you leave the process abruptly, then you might not get the money .
It depends on the state and College which you select.
