Candidates with a domicile of Gujarat are eligible to appear for GUJCET; however, those without domicile are not eligible.

Following is the eligibility criteria for GUJCET:

• Candidates must be at least 17 years old.
• They must hold Indian citizenship and have a domicile in Gujarat.
• Applicants should have completed their 12th-grade education from a recognized board such as the Gujarat Board, CBSE, or its equivalent.
• However, candidates from the General category must achieve a minimum of 50% marks in their 12th-grade exams.
