Hello

No , you are not eligible for maharashtra state quota for neet examination.

This is becauae only students who have cleared classes X and XII from Maharashtra and possess a domicile certificate will be eligible for maharashtra state quota and now that you have passed your 10th from bihar you are not eligible for state quota in maharashtra
