To be eligible for B.Tech a candidate must have completed their 10+2 level or Diploma. So first you have complete your 10+2 level or diploma after your 10th. You will have to complete your 10+2 level from the science stream from any board. The best way is with PCM subjects that is Physics, Maths and Chemistry or you could do a three-year diploma programme in any engineering stream to gain admission through lateral entry in the second year.  Bachelor of Technology is the full form of B.Tech and it is one of the most popular engineering programmes in India.
