CA CPT is the introductory exam for the Chartered Accountancy programme. The Institute of Chartered Accountants administers this exam. CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test, and any 10th grade student can register for it. Applicants who have completed their secondary education (standard 12th) are eligible to apply for this test. CA CPT includes objective type questions that are divided into four sections: quantitative aptitude, accounting, commercial laws, and general economics.

Eligibility criteria for CA CPT Exam is

There is no upper age limit for taking the CA CPT 2022 Exam.

Candidates must have completed their Intermediate (10+2 Standard) examinations.

Candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in commerce and a percentile of 55 percent or higher were exempted from taking the CA CPT.

Candidates with UG/PG degrees from the Open University were exempted from taking the entry-level exam.

Candidates who appear are eligible to apply for CA CPT.

Required documents are :

Demand Draft with registration fees , 10th pass mark sheet with attested copy of DOB . Nationality proof, whether he is an Indian citizen or a foreigner, Proof of eligibility (General or ST/SC).
