Hi, so basically you are required to have Bachelor's/ Undergraduate degree in CS to apply for MCA in any government college.

You can either have an undergraduate degree in BSC CS , BTech or most preferably BCA i.e., Bachelor's Of Computer Application.

As far as think your maths from NIOS will not create any hindrance for pursuing an undergraduate degree.

To sum up my take on your question, you have to have an undergraduate degree in CS to apply for a government college for MCA.

Only then you will be eligible for MCA.
