So, if you are interested in going for higher education outside J&K, you should definitely avail the scholarship. 

Now, as to which courses and colleges you must apply for in higher studies would depend upon your interests. With your subject combination, you have almost all options at your behest. You could go for MBBS, BTech, any other related course you are interested in. In case you go for pure sciences such as Maths, Biology, etc. you should make sure that you do that from a reputed college which would enhance not only your future prospects but your understanding of the subject. 

You could look at the top colleges in each field and then visit their individual websites to see which courses they are offering.
