Hii..
Yes you are eligible to apply for jee main in 2021 ..as you mentioned that you complete your in year 2019 ..
So as per eligibility criteria a candidates are eligible to attempt jee main three time including the year they pass 10+2 three consecutive year ...

Hey there

JEE mains is conducted from a few years twice in a year. Since you have attempted one attempt of jee mains you have two more chances for JEE mains and one chance of jee advanced.
