Yes,it will be counted as your first attempt as you filled the form earlier.you didn't appear in exam due to some unavoidable situation it is your fact.no one is going to buther about it.so try to do best in second chance and hope you will do well

See aspirant once you have Completed your online registration then it will counted as a  one attempt whether you are appearing in exam or not it depends on you.

This rules are available as per the NEET guidelines 2017.

Yes ,if you have registered filled the form and they have issued your admit card then it will be counted as your attempt.

As per the regulatory board for NEET exams, the NTA (National Testing Agency), there is no restriction on the number of attempts for the NEET 2020 exams. This is in conformity with the statement on the NEET official website by the CBSE – “There is no cap for the number of attempts”.
