Yes you can get your transfer certificate (TC) from you 10th passed school. Schools keep additional copy of transfer certificate near them for future use, you can try contacting your school or principal regarding another copy transfer certificate. They will definitely help you regarding that.

Must make some copies of certificate and keep near you dear, it will help you when required urgently in case of any loss.
