You are from cbse board and for CBSE board top 20 percentile is

75 % for general and obc category
65 % for SC /ST category

You mentioned your Marks in 6 subject but 6 subject marks are not taken into account for top 20 percentile criteria , only 5 Subjects are considered for calculating aggregate percentage for top 20 percentile and these are :-


*Physics

*Chemistry

*Mathematics

*A language

*Any subject other than listed above

If you fulfil above percentage criteria with above 5 subjects then you will be eligible for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs , jee advanced( for iits) , there's no % barrier for jee mains though
