See for that you have to wait for the list of top 20 percentile which will be issued by jharkand board  in short time but for time being you can see from last year's top20 percentile

Well to qualify for jee advance you must first be qualified in jee mains plus you shuld have a minimum percentage of 75 to fulfil the criteria of 20 percentile hence sorry to say but you're not eligible for Jee advance 2019.
