Yeah! You can go for the GATE 2022 without having the degree certificate as you have the provisional certificate. Also as most universities in India provide the hard copy of the degree within 2 years, so you are highly probable to get the certificate in 2022. But if you don't get then also you can take admission or appear for GATE 2022.
