I understand that you have already completed your Higher Secondary education or class XII examination and now wish to appear for it again so before I answer your question let me tell you that you can appear for the class XII examination again as a private candidate only if you have less than 2 to 3 years gap between class X and class XII and so now to answer your question, when you need to present your character certificate for admission into any college for pursuing your graduation then you have to present your character certificate that you obtained from your school from where you appeared for class XII the first time as a character certificate is not awarded to private candidates.
