Yes ofcourse,you can definitely apply for the admission this year.You have to just clear your 12th and can apply in any year in which you want.You can apply for any field in which you want to go.As you have got 56% you can apply for any course in the field which you belong.If you belong to maths stream you can apply for the courses of that stream like engineering, B.Sc etc,if you belong to commerce stream you can apply for the course of that stream and same as for the other stream too.
