With mere 85 percent in boards you wont get a college of the University of Delhi as the cutoffs for Bachelor's in english Honours course is as high as 95percent for the north campus colleges and more than 90 percent for the south campus colleges . You wont get a college for pursuing the same if you belong to the General or unreserved cateogory . You can apply to other  central universities for admissions .
