Yes, you can get medical college in Assam through the15 percent all india quota, but Candidates from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K are not eligible for 15% All India quota seats as these three states had opted out of All India scheme since its inception. If candidates claim the eligibility under this criterion, they must submit a Self Declaration form online. Candidates are suggested to take a print out of the form as they may be required to present it during counselling.
