Hello,

Maths is a compulsory subject in any branch of Engineering including Biotechnology. In most of the college and universities in India where the entries are based on JEE mains or any state level or University level entrance exam, you must have maths as subject in 12th if you want to get admission in B.Tech biotechnology.
Even if you will get any private college that gives you admission, you will find difficulties in you semester exams.
I would suggest you to pursue B.Sc in Biotechnology Instead.
There are various top college that offer B.Sc Biotechnology
  • Fergusson College (Pune)
  • Christ University (Bangalore)
  • Presidency University (Kolkata)
  • Manipal University (Karnataka)
  • Loyola College (Chennai)

I hope this helps.
