Hello,

It is required to include the marks of all the subjects (including the optional) for the calculation of the percentage.

Don't fill unnecessary things which will create trouble for you.
As IIMs are very strict about this.

You must have specified your percentage in a detailed manner.
If you have done everything in the right manner then there's no problem and no need to worry.
