I have pwd certificate issued by local government hospital. during neet exam which should i carry, certificate issued by assesment boards or local government hospital certificate pls reply

hope you are doing absolutely fine

I would suggest you to carry both of the certificates issued to you. As you have both of them, it would be better to take both of them, Whichever they ask you, you will have both. generally during exam, students may not carry proper documents, or may miss out some documents. This will create last minute chaos, they may not allow you to give exam as the rules are very strict at the time of exam. It would be least tensed situation if you carry everything.

I have only 40% locomotor disability. If I score more than 500 will I get a seat in AIQ?
