Hello,
The eligibility criteria for CCMT is that a candidate must have passed engineering with at least 65% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale for general and OBC category for SC/ST it is 55% aggregate or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale.As you have not fulfilled the criteria you are not eligible.
