Dear Student,

No.. you can't convert your academic journey from B.Tech engineering 2nd year to B.Sc IT 3rd year .

Every course has it's own duration of completion . You can complete your Engineering course of 4 year and then you can apply for B.Sc IT program. Otherwise you have to start from fresh  i.e. you have to leave your current Engineering degree and through 12th merit/ Entrance exam, you need to get admission in your preferred college.
