No, you don't need to make fresh registration for filling march session application form,  if you have already registered for February session as there's a common application form for all the 4 sessions , you simply need to edit your February session application form and add March session using correction window .

Here's a short brief:-

• Visit the official website of JEE main , the direct link of the official website is given below

• Click on apply for March session

• You will get two options:-

  Recommended

-)new registration, which is for those who have not registered for JEE main 2021 before

-) login option ,for already registered students so as you have already registered for February you need to log in with the help of your application number, password and security pin

• After logging in, there will be an option for correction, click on it.

• The application form which you had filled earlier for February session will appear, edit the number of session you want to appear in ,add March session, you can also add April and May season as well if you want otherwise you will have the opportunity again to apply for April and may session

• Pay the application fee for the added session/sessions

limited time is left for jee mains 2021 remaining sessions , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

• practising chapterwise questions

• then revising the chapters,

• solve at least previous 10 year question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

• go through mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
