First of all, are you sure that you have successfully registered on the portal. Please check the Registration conformation message on your number or look of confirmation mail on your mail ID. If you have received a notification of confirmation, Whether on your number and Mail ID, please try after sometime. Or you must be entering incorrect credentials.

Or do one thing, if you have successfully registered on the portal, then go for forgot password, a link will be sent on your number or mail ID and by using the Same link you can reset your password and login into your account.
