I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, After filling the application or getting registered you will get registered Number only. Keep it safe. Later they will release the admit cards so then using this Registration Number only you are able to download the Admit card. They will announce the date on which  Admit card is released till then you are not able to get it.
