Please do send an email to the helpdesk at neet@nta.ac.in along with the relevant medical documents. Also please carry a xerox copy if these documents to the exam hall so that if the metal detector recognises the rods in your hand, you have valid medical proofs and also a letter you have sent to NTA. Please make sure you mail them from your Registered Email Id and reach the examcentre atleast an hour before.

Send a soft copy of all your medical documents pertaining to the surgery to NTA. Wait for their reply and if NTA replies, take a print out of NTA's reply and all the xerox copies of your medical documents and carry them on the day of the exam. Because they are xerox copies, it is ok even they are left outside.
