I have rods in my hand .is this will become a problem to me at the time of NEET-UG 2020 exam.what can I do for it? what relevant medical documents need to carry to the exam hall.please give me a better suggestion

As you have rods in your hands, metal detectors may cause unnecessary hassle. But as it's a medical cause, it is better to carry the prescription or any doctor's letter. Now NEET exam has been postponed and any new dates has not been declared by NTA. Till then you may get fit.

is hospital medical file&x-ray are sufficient to carry to exam hall and is this medical file is necessary to send to the help desk nta email id or not?

J.Shashank Karthikeya yes, those will be enough or can mail NTA for this issue. they can tell you what you should do so that you don't have to face any problem.
