Any certificate to be uploaded in josaa portal has to be uploaded in the format prescribesd by josaa any other format will not be accepted and may lead to withdrawl of any advantage of category language may be according to the languages prescribed under josaa so in short the certificate should be according to josaa and language should also be what is accepted.
