Other than IIMs for which you apply while filling CAT form you need to apply for all the college's application form with all your details before their closing date so that your application can be further evaluated. And if you pass all of their eligibility criteria and cut-off then you will be called for the second round of WSAT and interview. Then again final merit list will be made by the college and if you are on the list then you will be called to take admission in that college.
