You have secured a good percentile in 12 and good score in NATA, you will get a good score out of 400 and will get a good college in chennai 

As your domicile is MBC which will give you a higher chance of landing into a good college

The cutoff of the school of architecture and planning, Chennai was 280-290 for MBC category.

So it's hard to get admission, but still if you want to try you can go through NRI quota or Management quota.
