You have great score in MHCET. If you come under Open Maharashtra category you can get GLC and if not than you to wait till 2nd or third list because cut off for GLC is high. And you can have ILS as your back up plan.

Being a All India candidate can be tough to get GLC so you can wait till third list and can go for ILS, Pune.
