Yes you can get seat under management quota in any private college but it's fee is not going to be less. It's around 40 lakhs per year and it's a huge amount ,try avoiding this if you can and try to qualify neet with good rank next year. But if your bank balance is high you can go for it. 

You can directly contact the college where you want to get admission .

As you and I know that the cut off's are high,so it's next to impossible to get a government seat but talking about the private medical college in this marks range it would need you to give some 1.5-2cr..rather than this you can go to abroad and get your MBBS degree in 20-30lakhs.
There are still some private colleges which may suffice in lakhs and you can get through it by management quota but the chances are still very less.

Hard to say which colleges but you can try in deemed universities/ privately run medical colleges.
