Based on your NMAT score of 217, you have a competitive chance of receiving a call from the T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI). Historically, TAPMI's NMAT cutoffs have ranged between 215 and 225.

While meeting the cutoff is essential, TAPMI's admission process also evaluates candidates on several other criteria:

Academic Performance: Consistent academic records in 10th, 12th, and graduation.

Work Experience: Relevant professional experience can enhance your profile.

Extracurricular Activities: Participation in sports, cultural events, or social initiatives.

Hello,

Since the NMAT cutoff for TAPMI is expected to be around 220 marks in 2024, it is quite likely that you will receive a call from TAPMI with an NMAT score of 217. The level of difficulty of the examination, the number of test-takers, and TAPMI's seat intake are some of the factors that affect the cutoff each year. Before, 2023 the cut off was 220 Score.

Hi Mahalakshmi,

Based on your NMAT score of 217, you have a strong chance of receiving a call from T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI). Historically, TAPMI's NMAT cutoff scores have ranged between 220 and 240 .

However, some sources indicate that a score above 220 enhances the likelihood of shortlisting.

It's important to note that TAPMI considers multiple factors in its selection process, not solely the NMAT score. The admission process includes:

  • Entrance Test Score (CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT) : 35% weightage

  • Academic Performance (Class X, XII, Graduation) : 15% weightage

  • Group Discussion/Extempore/Personal Interview : 45% weightage

  • Gender Diversity & Extracurricular Activities : 5% weightage

Given your score of 217, which is close to the lower end of the typical cutoff range, and considering the comprehensive selection criteria, it's advisable to proceed with the application.

Ensure that you highlight your academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and any other strengths in your application to enhance your overall profile.
