For merit based colleges your chances are low so I suggest you to apply for universities which give admission on the basis of entrances exams like bhu, jamia, pu, AIIMS Biotechnology Entrance Test, JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) Combined Biotechnology Entrance Examination, DU (University of Delhi) Biotechnology Entrance Examination.
