You have not mentioned your category. Anyways, with 476 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

Hello Srinivas.

As per your rank and Marks it is clear that you can't expect a MBBS college. Still you can get any of the course like BHMS BAMS BDS etc.

If you are interested in them I suggest you to go for the counselling you will be having a good government college by the end of counselling.
