The eligibility criteria of CAT is:

• The candidate need to hold Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC recognized University/ Institute.
• The candidates who hold Engineering Degree in B.Tech/ B.E. from any AICTE/MHRD recognized University/ Institute will be eligible.
• Also, the Students who appeared in the final year of degree examination can also appear in the CAT exam.
• The candidates need to have secured minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate in order to become eligible.

So, you are eligible for CAT exam. Now, whether you get a call from best bschool's or not depends upon your score and rank in the examination.
