Your percentile score is too low to qualify for JEE Advance level or to get admission anywhere in any of the private institutions.
According to your score, your rank is around 4 Lakh.
However, it may vary after the April exam session result.
I would suggest you to work more hard and put efforts and appear for the April session exam. The Best of the two scores will be selected and so you should go for it.

If you want to know you rank you can use this formula:-

JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100.

This formula is not very much accurate but it will help you to get you approximate rank as actual rank will based on many other cases to.

According to careers360 rank formula, 

Rank formula= [(100-total score) * (no of students wrote exam)] /100

No of students attended are 874469.

So your expected rank will be nearly around 4,02,256.

As per previous year jee mains, any rank below 2,00,000 will be qualified for jee advanced.

So according to expected rank of yours, so you are not eligible for jee advanced.

So don't worry prepare well and write april jee mains well. best of the two exams will be considered.
