i have scored 60% marks in pcm but 89 in computer which carrier option should i go

I think you should go for computer science engineering as you have scored well
Also you can pursue in which your interest is .

Just marks does not give the future. So you have to think about what you would like to do and choose according to it.
If you really want to do computer engineering, go for it. But you choose computer engineering as per your marks in computer subject, it is not good to you in future.

Marks in any particular exam doesn't decide which field you should build your career look for you interest instead if you are really interested in computer then go for BCA or b.tech in CS or IT but you are just not familiar with computer science then find your interest and go to that field

I suggest better u go for CS or IS as u have a good computer science background
