There's no need to pay again and again for the next round in the same course of study. If you're allotted a seat or not It is not a matter of fact. You may attend  In the next round of counselling without paying any fees for the next round again. Even You have allotted a seat or not in the prior round. So take it easy and go for the next round at ease.
