At this rank, it will be very difficult to get any of the AIIMS medical college. For reserved category candidate 1)OBC it generally ranges from 256 - 2500

                2)SC category candidates 1100 - 16500

                3)ST category candidate   2200 - 24000

You have a slightly higher rank, but these trends change every year, depending on the number of candidates, difficulty level of examination and topper's score.

According to me it is difficult for you to get admission in any Aiims throughout India because for general students the percentile in 99.96 with act as cutoff and for obc students the percentile is 99.72 so it is very difficult for you to get admission in Aiims.
