The cut off for admission in NIRMA University in the previous year usually goes up to the rank of 3000-3500 for the general category. Worst case scenario the cut off may go as high as 4000 rank. But considering that your rank is 22073 your chances in Nirma Seem less.
You can go for other private colleges accepting CLAT scores for admission instead.
