Hello Pratyasha,
Yes definitely, you are eligible to get admission for pursuing B.A. wuth this percentage. As your percentage are 86 you can definitely apply for different colleges to get admission for B. A. you can apply for Delhi University also with your rank because with this rank you can definitely get a good college there too.
