WCE Sangli only gives admission on the basis of the MHT CET Examination.

I am assuming you have scored 94.4 percentile in MHT CET.

Your rank would be-

2,90,000 * 0.056 = 16,240

It would be easier if you specify your category because if you are from a reserved category like SC or ST, you might have a chance in the Top colleges like COEP Pune, VIT Pune, VJTI Mumbai, WCE Sangli, etc.

I can provide you the cutoff of WCE Sangli for the GENERAL category from which you can draw a conclusion.

In 2018, after last round-

Cutoff Rank- 4696 and Cutoff marks- 135

In 2017, after last round-

Cutoff Rank- 3792 and Cutoff marks- 141

In 2016, after last round-

Cutoff Rank- 4122 and Cutoff marks- 146
