Dear Aarav, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, for being eligible for AIIMS MBBS, you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. It is 60% for General Category and OBC and 50% for SC, ST. Going by your scores, if you have scored more than 60% in 3 subjects, scoring 59% in 1 subject doesn't disqualify you for AIIMS MBBS.
